The Entrepreneurial Development Institute will be hosting a free business development workshop for business owners and aspiring business owners. Nursing School
applications
The School of Nursing will be accepting applications for admission for the fall 2002 semester. The deadline for submitting applications is May 1, 2002. All students must meet the following criteria: (1) have a grade point average of 2.6 or above, (2) submission of ACT/SAT scores, and (3) completion of all courses listed in the first three semesters of the nursing curriculum plan with a minimum grade of “C”.
CAFCS BANQUET
The College of Agricultural, Family and Consumer Sciences will be hosting their annual awards and recognition banquet Monday, April 22 @ 6:30p.m. in the Smith-Brown Memorial Union Cotillion Ballroom. Ticket prices are as follows: $10.00 (students), $15.00 (staff), $20.00 (faculty).
CHRISTFEST 2002
The Committed 2 Christ student organization will be hosting it’s 2nd annual Christfest Sunday, April 21 @ 4p.m. in the Smith-Brown Memorial Union Cotillion Ballroom. Featured at Christfest will be gospel choirs, liturgical dance, Christian rap, Christian art and more.
FINANCIAL AID UPDATE
The funds from parent plus loans will no longer appear on billing statements as estimated aid. Students will not receive credit for plus loans until the funds are disbursed to the University. Accounts receivables will not be issued against plus loans. Please make a note of this for future reference.
WOMENS’S EXPO & FOOD FEST
There will be a Women’s Expo and food fest Saturday, April 27 from 9:30a.m – 4p.m.@ The Riverside Centroplex featuring celebrity-host Leon Hall.
