The SouthernUniversity Jaguars baseball team will host Grambling State University atLee-Hines Field. The SouthwesternAthletic Conference double headers will start on Saturday and Sunday at 1 p.m.on both days.
The Jaguarsdefeated Arkansas Pine Bluff last week 10-0, 13-5 and 13-2, in BatonRouge.
Jags’ headcoach Roger Cador still thinks the team can seek improvement.
“We need toget better defensively, we need to get better offensively and we could be amuch better base running team,” Cador said. “This is a game you’re striving for to be as good as you canand we haven’t got there yet. Wehaven’t been as good as we can.”
