The Capital Area Corporate Recycling Council is now offering refurbished desktops and laptops to college students starting at $200.
The computers include a 15″ monitor, a keyboard and mouse, 3.5″ floppy disk drive, CD-ROM drive and Windows XP. Qualifying students can also purchase an IBM ThinkPad T 40 laptop.
