The highly anticipated premiere of BET’S Reality Show “College Hill” hit the airwaves providing a 30 minute dosage of just enough information to have one in either a state of shock, embarrassment, excitement, disbelief or just plain disgust.
Kinda. Kinda. Kinda. What’s not to say about the “wild child” of the group. From trying to sneak in Jones Hall and performing the theme song from the Disney Channel’s Kim Possible, she was the cast member that stood out the most. Even if you weren’t feeling the pilot, you will definitely tune in next week to witness the antics of Kinda Andrews.
We found out that Kevin Mack, the jock, may not only have one but two girlfriends. Many viewers were left wondering how the two ladies felt about being broadcasted on TV like that.
We were able to see just how large Veronica, the rich girl, was living, and also wonder is it quite right to tape a fight at the club.
Delano, the hip-hop version of Ruben Studdard according to Kinda, showcased his realness that everyone on campus already knew and loved.
Gabriel, the self proclaimed “big man on campus,” shed light into the Southern University Marching Band and not one but two fraternities. For all of those who didn’t know him before will certainly know him now.
Jabari seems to be the most unique member of the cast. It’s going to be interesting to see how his character is portrayed amidst the other members of the suite.
Sholandrea gives off a “southern belle yet feisty” type of aura that will probably be most related to throughout the show. The mother-to-be may look like she keeps to herself but looks can be sometimes deceiving.
Nina Moch, the beauty queen and cheerleader did a great job of “just being Nina.” Her comment, “who would have sex in a twin size bed” was definitely the quote of the night.
