SWAC battles between Alabama A&M — Southern and Jackson State — Alabama State will be seen on the MBC-TV network this weekend. One will be “live’ and the other taped delayed on Sunday afternoon.
All SWAC teams will be in action during week seven as Texas Southern plays at the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Homecoming; Prairie View A&M plays at Alcorn State; Alabama State travels to play Jackson State; Alabama A&M plays at Southern’s Homecoming; and Mississippi Valley State plays at Grambling State.
NEWS NOTES:
– The Prairie View / Alcorn State game is the only game that does not count toward conference standings.
– The Southern / Alabama A&M game will begin at 6:00p, instead of 6:30p, to accommodate the “live” television broadcast..
