Rappers Ja Rule and 50 Cent have made moves to patch up their long-running feud, by agreeing to meet separately with Nation of Islam leader Minister Louis Farrakhan.
New York natives Ja Rule and 50 Cent have long been at loggerheads over various issues, which have even led to them having physical fights.
But Ja Rule, real name Jeffrey Atkins, met with Farrakhan on the Nation of Islam’s farm on Oct. 23 for a TV interview which sources hope will patch up his differences with the In Da Club rapper, real name Curtis Jackson. The interview is set to air on Nov. 4.
Farrakhan also spoke with 50 Cent on the same day, and will meet with him one-on-one in the coming weeks. Farrakhan will also meet with Ja Rule’s label boss Irv Gotti and Chris Lighty, who manages 50 Cent.
