Southern University Police Department’s Jag Watch in conjunction with Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information on the whereabouts that may lead to the arrest of Reginald McKnight.
McKnight, a Baton Rouge resident, is described as a black male, brown eyes, 165 pounds, and five-feet seven-inches tall
He is charged with simple burglary, criminal damage to property, simple trespass, felony theft, and escape.
According to Chief of Police Dale Flowers, McKnight escaped from the William L. Pass Police Station Sunday, March 3, 2002 after an officer released him from the handcuffs so that he could use the restroom.
McKnight was arrested earlier that day after he was caught breaking into dorm rooms in Jones Hall.
