BAY MINETTE,Ala. (AP) – Chilly weather hasn’tkept a naked man from flashing traffic on Interstate 65 in north Baldwin Countyin Alabama.
Sheriff’sspokesman John Murphy said the Feb. 17 morning incident was the ninth timesince July 2004 that someone has flashed passing motorists on the interstatebetween the Stockton and Perdido exits.
