The 2005 Southwestern AthleticConference bowling and indoor track and field championships will both be heldFeb. 25-27 in Baton Rouge.
The bowling championship will beheld again at Don Carter’s All Star Lanes. The top three seeds from the easternand western divisions will face-off in semi-final competition beginning Fridayat 2 p.m. The championship round will conclude the activities on Feb. 27, at 10p.m. Admission to the bowling championship is free.
The indoor track and fieldchampionship will be held at the Carl Maddox Field House on the campus ofLouisiana State University. Gates will open Feb. 26 at 7 a.m. and competitionbegins at 9 a.m. Men and women from all ten SWAC schools will participate.Tickets are $3.00 for adults and $2.00 for students and youth.
