Are you a victim of wanting to look thin like? Did someone tell you that only thin is beautiful? Do you feel that if you lost 10 to 15lbs and you will be just fine?
Have you tried everything on the market in diet pills such as Xenadrine RFA-1, Rapid Fat Loss Catalyst, Women’s Ultra Mega, Beta Lean, Beta Trim, Metabolift, Metabolife, etc., and it works for awhile then you gain the pounds back and then some more? And every time someone mentions a different diet pill, you just got to have it?
Nutritionist Researchers have found that some diet pills have serious side effects. Long term users will experience longer side effects than short-term users.
First of all, you need to ask yourself why do I want to lose weight to look like someone else? Will I then be classified as beautiful? Will this make me a better person? Can I get more dates? Will he/she love me more? Will my friends respect and accept me? Or will this company hire me?
If these are some of the questions you ask yourself as to why you should lose the extra pounds, then you are in for a rough ride of no return. You should consider losing weight for one reason and one reason only. And that is for you. You must be happy, respectful and in love with you. No one can be these things to you if you are not these things to yourself first. Your expectations have to be prioritized.
Magazines, television programs/commercials, billboards, etc., have equipped our way of thinking to be one way, and that’s small, thin and petite. Any other way is not acceptable. NOT TRUE!
Everyone is not designed to be small, thin, or petite. But, everyone is designed to keep a healthy and well-balanced body. That’s just simply taking good care of yourself by eating healthy foods that are low in calories, getting plenty of rest and relaxation, and exercising properly without over do it.
Diet pills have been designed for the consumers to put their faith in the pills itself and not in oneself. They are also designed to make the manufacturers of the pills rich quick and the consumers to get sick quick.
If you desire to lose the weight and start to feel good about yourself inside and out, then it’s up to you to do so. Remove some of the stress out of your life and start to live. Change your eating habits, and input lots of water into your daily diet. Take long walks. Unclog your mind from the everyday stress and enjoy living.
It is known that weight loss reduces high blood pressure, and decrease hypertension. It’s what is on the inside that really counts. Beauty has its way of reflecting from inside, outward.
Remember everyone is not made to be thin, small, or petite. And large IS beautiful too!
