Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. holds a weekly forum, “Kappa Konversations,” on issues that is going on in today’s world.
The recent attack on America was the topic for the first discussion held last Thursday in the Smith-Brown Memorial Union.
Panel member Ellis Collen gave a military point of view and answered questions from the audience.
“There was no justification for what bin Laden did,”said Cullen.
The goal of Kappa Konversations is to get students to come together and discuss their opinions with other students.
Panel member Krystal Morrant, senior and president of the United Nations at SU gave a political view on the attacks of America and answered many questions from the audience.
“The attack on America will have a major affect on the U.S. economy,” Morrant said.
Sophomore Marlin Jenkins, a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. hosted the meeting, and introduced the members on the panel.
“Kappa Konversations” are held each Thursday at 7:30pm in the Mocha Room. All students are invited to attend.
